Who is it meant for?
We provide a stunning mixture of sport and storytelling experience for beginners and amateur athletes to help them feel motivated and inspired. It’s the perfect choice if you can’t travel, want to avoid crowds, want to increase your stamina, want to be the part of the virtual athletes’ community and want to get a stunning medal for your achievement.
What do I need to join a virtual cycling tour?
First, you need to have a good healthy condition to exercise and be willing to complete a cycling tour. You will also need a debit or credit card to subscribe and an Android or iOS mobile phone to submit your results through our mobile app. That’s all! Have fun.
Where can I complete my cycling challenge?
You can complete it anywhere you want, such as in your house, around your neighbourhood or on a nearby trail. Don’t forget to stay safe while your exercise!
How much time do I have to complete my cycling challenge?
It’s based on your pace. You can complete the cycling tour within a day as a single session or within weeks or months as multiple sessions. Your challenge will be completed once you have reached the total distance and it has been recorded in our system via the raceXplus app. The faster you complete it, the quicker you will get your medal. If it’s not completed within 12 months after registration, your challenge will be automatically closed.
How will I receive my medal?
After completing the tour, we will mail the Valley of the Châteaux medal to your registered address.
How can I get my perks?
On our website you can find a selected collection of vouchers and discount coupons under the Perks section. All the active perks will be accessible once you’ve registered. The coupons can be used on our partners’ sites or stores as per their T&C.
